For fresh and frozen items, we care about your safety and food quality. That’s why these products can only be returned within 24 hours of purchase, and only if they are in the same condition and weight as received. Please note that once an item has been delivered and is in the customer’s care, Oscar Market cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by transportation or weather.

All refunds are issued using the same payment method used during purchase, and the full paid amount, as shown on your receipt, will be refunded. If you prefer to exchange the product, you can choose another item of equal value
